Education

At KFB Corporation, we are actively engaged in staff development. In addition to providing a Japanese language education, we provide training on etiquette, business skills and educating our staff about the culture necessary for living and working in Japan. We are committed to giving thorough education and follow-up to cultivate highly skilled staffs.

Japanese Language Class

We offer a Japanese language school equipped to help improve our staff’s Japanese as a tool for effective communication.
The lessons are tailored to different levels, allowing the learner to steadily progress from beginner to advanced. Additionally, we place a great importance on learning about Japanese culture and etiquette. Our approach is focused on supporting and guiding the learners, always considering their perspective.

Etiquette Workshop

We also provide training in etiquette to help our staff excel at events and exhibitions. The training covers everything from basic manners, such as attire, grooming, posture, and greetings, to more advanced comunication skills. It is a practical and useful program designed to equip our participants with the applied skills necessary for success.

Job Training

Before starting work, we conduct an on-site training. This includes basic matters such as understanding the responsibilities at work and the key points to keep in mind when interacting with customers, as well as case studies designed to prepare them for various scenarios they may encounter during work. Knowledgeable seniors with extensive on-site experience provide careful guidance, helping them develop the skills necessary to offer customer service that delights attendees at such events.
